We are an authorised Zoho Partner for Zoho Books, Zoho Commerce and Zoho POS, and a chartered accountancy practice.
That order matters. The person configuring your tax rates, HSN codes and place-of-supply logic is the same person who understands what happens when GSTR-2B does not reconcile in October. Software configuration and tax compliance are the same conversation here, not two vendors pointing at each other.
For most Indian businesses that difference shows up in the first quarter after go-live.
What we work with
Zoho Finance – accounting, invoicing, inventory and expenses. This is where most engagements start, usually as a move off Tally or spreadsheets.
Zoho Finance implementation
Zoho Commerce – an online store that shares its catalogue and stock with your accounting rather than sitting in a separate silo.
Zoho Commerce setup
Zoho POS – counter billing for physical retail, formerly sold in India as Zakya, feeding the same books.
Zoho POS implementation
Why the integration matters more than the apps
Any of these three works on its own. The reason businesses end up with two or three is that the data stops being re-entered.
A retail client billing on Zoho POS has stock decrementing in real time, and those sales land in the books without a monthly export. Add Commerce and the same catalogue serves the online store, so you are not reconciling three different stock figures at month end.
That only holds if the setup is right at the start. Tax rates, item masters, HSN codes, warehouse mapping and the chart of accounts have to be built once, properly. Retrofitting them across a year of transactions is genuinely painful, and it is the most common reason we get called in to fix someone else’s implementation.
How we work
Assessment. We look at what you run now, your GST registrations, transaction volumes and who needs access. You get an honest answer on which Zoho plan actually fits, including when the free tier is enough.
Configuration. Chart of accounts, tax rates, HSN and SAC codes, place-of-supply rules, item masters, user roles and approval flows.
Migration. Masters, opening balances and history from Tally, spreadsheets or your existing system. Mapping is not automatic and this is where most DIY migrations come apart.
Handover and training. Your team is trained on their actual workflow, not a generic demo. Documentation stays with you.
Ongoing. Optional. Some clients want us on their books monthly; others want us only when something breaks.
Zoho pricing, briefly
Zoho’s Indian pricing is per organisation rather than per user, which usually makes it cheaper than it first appears for a team. Zoho Books has a genuinely free tier for small businesses, and paid plans step up through several levels. GST applies on top of listed prices, and annual billing costs less than monthly.
Which plan you need depends on GSTIN count, users, and whether you need inventory. We will tell you the smallest plan that covers you.
