We are an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. We help individuals and business owners in Delhi NCR invest in mutual funds through a process that starts with what you are actually trying to achieve, rather than with a product.

Because we are also a practising chartered accountancy firm, the person discussing your investments already understands your tax position, your business cash flows and what your year looks like. That context matters more than most people expect.

What we do, and what we do not

We are a distributor. We help you understand the options, complete the paperwork, execute transactions and keep your portfolio organised over time. We earn commission from the asset management companies whose schemes you invest in, and we will tell you what that is.

We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, so we do not charge a fee for investment advice. If what you need is fee-only financial planning, we will say so and point you elsewhere. Being clear about that boundary is more useful to you than blurring it.

How we work

Goals first. A house deposit in four years and a retirement corpus in twenty-five are different problems. We start there, not with a scheme list.

Time horizon and risk. How long the money can stay invested, and how much fluctuation you can tolerate without abandoning the plan. The second question matters as much as the first.

Tax position. Your slab, your capital gains situation, and whether ELSS has a role under the old regime. This is where being a CA practice earns its place.

Execution. KYC, account setup, SIP registration or lump sum, nomination and consolidation of any existing folios.

Review. Periodic check-ins so the portfolio still matches the goal, and rebalancing when it drifts.

What we help with

An honest word on returns

Nobody can tell you what a mutual fund will return. Anyone who does is guessing, and you should treat the guess accordingly.

What can be managed is the fit between the investment and the goal, the cost, the tax treatment, and whether you can stay invested through a bad year. Those are the parts that are actually within anyone’s control.
