Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy
• Refunds are granted only in cases where Digitax Consultancy fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons within our control.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of payment.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy
• Clients may cancel a service before the initiation of the process. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@digitax.in.
• Cancellations may attract a fee, depending on the nature and stage of the service.
• Once a service has commenced or if significant work has already been performed, cancellations will not be entertained.

3. No Refunds in Certain Cases
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
• Clients fail to provide required documentation or information.
• Delays or outcomes are caused by external factors beyond our control, such as government processing times.
4. Refund Disputes
In case of disputes regarding refunds, the matter will be resolved as per our Dispute Resolution policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
